Painters Park for Writers provides creative writing tools, script editing, AI-powered analysis, production management, and collaboration features for writers, artists, and creative professionals. The Service includes both free and paid subscription tiers.
You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
You retain full ownership of all creative content you create using the Service, including scripts, stories, characters, and other original works. Painters Park Media does not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. The Service itself, including its design, code, and features, is the property of Painters Park Media.
Paid subscriptions are billed annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to distribute malware, to attempt unauthorized access to the Service, or to interfere with the Service's operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Service includes AI-powered features for script analysis, character development, and content generation. AI-generated suggestions are provided as creative aids and should be reviewed by the user. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Painters Park Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
